Refund Policy

At CozyFinds, we offer a 15-day free trial on select products to ensure customer satisfaction. However, strict conditions apply.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered if:

• The product is physically defective or completely unusable upon arrival.
• A refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the 15-day trial period ending (i.e., on day 16).
• The item is returned in original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition with proof of purchase.

Trial Limitations

• The free trial applies only to select products (not all items).
• The item must not show any signs of use, wear, or tampering during the trial.
• If the customer decides not to keep the product, they must initiate the return within the first 15 days and return the item at their own expense.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Refund requests made after the 15-day trial period will not be accepted.
• If the product is used, damaged, or missing original packaging, no refund will be issued.
• Change of mind, personal dissatisfaction, or incorrect orders do not qualify for refunds.
• Refunds will not be granted for minor aesthetic imperfections that do not affect the product’s usability.

Return Process

If eligible, customers must ship the product back at their own expense. Refunds will be processed only after an inspection and your amount will be refunded in 2-3  days, and CozyFinds reserves the right to deny refunds if the claim does not meet our strict criteria.
